Aarthik AI is a proprietary technology marketplace and digital infrastructure platform operated and maintained by Pocketwise Technologies Private Limited (“the Company”). The Company is a financial technology software provider incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Surat, Gujarat.

• The Company is not a registered stockbroker, investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, depository participant, or merchant banker under the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, or any regulations framed thereunder.
• The Company does not provide any direct or indirect investment recommendations, financial advisory services, stock tips, portfolio management, or research analysis on its own behalf.
• Aarthik AI acts purely as a technology layer, marketplace, and software infrastructure provider facilitating the hosting, display, discovery, subscription, and order-routing of model portfolios/baskets created independently by third-party SEBI-registered Research Analysts (“RAs”).

All model portfolios, research baskets, asset allocation strategies, and underlying stock/ETF selections displayed on Aarthik AI are curated, managed, and provided exclusively by independent SEBI-registered intermediaries.

• Each Research Analyst is registered under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and is solely responsible for the research rationale, portfolio constitution, periodic rebalancing, and regulatory compliance of their respective model portfolios.
• The legal entity name, SEBI registration number, Research Analyst Administration and Supervision Body (RAASB) enlistment details, and regulatory disclosures of each RA are prominently displayed on the respective basket's factsheet and profile page on Aarthik AI.
• Registration granted by SEBI, enlistment with RAASB, and certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Aarthik AI does not execute trades, settle transactions, or handle client funds or securities.

• Order execution occurs directly through SEBI-registered stockbrokers integrated with the platform via secure Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including Zerodha Broking Limited, Dhan (Moneylicious Securities Private Limited), Angel One Limited, and other partner brokerages.
• When a user decides to invest in or rebalance a model portfolio, Aarthik AI merely routes the instruction to the user's selected broker. The user authenticates and confirms the order directly on their broker's exchange-approved interface.
• The contract of trade execution, demat holding, funds debit/credit, and clearing is exclusively between the user and their designated stockbroker. The Company accepts no liability for order rejections, execution delays, price slippages, broker downtime, or system errors occurring at the broker or exchange level.

All performance metrics, historical compound annual growth rates (CAGR), absolute returns, drawdowns, and ratios displayed on Aarthik AI are strictly for informational, educational, and analytical illustration.

• Historical returns and performance numbers of model portfolios hosted on Aarthik AI are independently verified and certified by an independent Practicing Company Secretary (CS) / CS firm in compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Verified performance certificates are maintained on record and associated with the respective portfolio sheets.
• Past performance is no guarantee of future returns. Investment in the securities market is subject to market risks. Read all related scheme and portfolio documents carefully before investing.
• Displayed returns reflect historical price movements of the underlying constituent securities and do not account for individual brokerage charges, statutory taxes (STT, GST, stamp duty), exchange transaction fees, or cash slippage during execution.

• Market data: Stock quotes, live prices, and indices displayed on the platform are sourced from third-party vendor feeds and may be delayed. Real-time pricing is verified and finalized on the connected broker's platform prior to order execution.
• Artificial intelligence disclosures: While core investment algorithms and research belong strictly to registered RAs, any analytical, parsing, or navigational utilities deployed across Aarthik AI that leverage large language models (such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Haiku, or Opus via API) operate on a strictly stateless architecture. No personal financial data or customer transaction details are used to train third-party foundation models. Outputs generated by AI tools are supplementary and must never be interpreted as financial advice.
